The incident occurred on the night of 11 May.
The police investigation team reported that the investigation found that the three deceased were looking after a palm oil plantation for a capitalist in Nabon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and it was under the name of a private company. The plantation had an area of approximately 170 rai.
